Oasis Exterior Primer is a premium quality base coat for exterior / interior walls and ceilings. Its is made from hi-performance emulsions, fillers, latex and additives. It provides ultimate bonding between upper coat and surface.

USAGE : Interior wall, Exterior Wall, Brickwork, concrete & architectural buildings, ceiling and trim.

SURFACE PREPARATION : First of all prepare a smooth and uniform surface. This can be done by scraping the old painted surface and removing the flecking particles, all the dirt or dust which is present on the surface.

MIXING : Now stir the material and strain it before use. Now thin the paint with 30% to 50% of clean water by volume, but do not over thin. Apply at least one to two coats for super finish with brush.

APPLICATION : A brush, roller or spray-gun can be used to apply paint. The equipment should be washed after use.

RE COATING : Let the coat dry. Leave it for 2 to 3 hours then apply another coat

Oasis wall putty is both hydraulically and organically bound, guaranteeing good adhesion to the surface. Due to its composition of polymers, white cement and the precisely graded fillers resulting a smooth, high quality surface on walls and ceilings.

AREA OF USE
For filling and repairing fine cracks, defects in concrete, blockwork and brickwork, in order to produce a surface of highest quality for final paint.

PREPARATION OF SURFACE
First of all remove oil, grease, dirt and all loose particles. Emery paper, wire brush and puffy blade should be used for this purpose. Surface should be moistened with water prior to the application of Oasis wall putty.

MIXING INSTRUCTION
Mix the Wall Beauty wall putty with the recommended water i.e (6-7 liters per 20 kg bag) with a high speed mixer or with a hand agitator for 3-5 minutes. In normal conditions, keep the Wall Beauty mixure putty for 10 minutes, restir and use.

POT LIFE
Mixed material should be used within 1 hour.

DRYING TIME Drying time will vary according to temperature, humidity and film thickness and will be affected accordingly e.g. the drying times quoted will be significantly longer in cold, damp conditions.

Surface Preparation :
Mechanically clean the surface of remove all loose particles, dirt, oil grease etc. vacuum clean to remove all loose material.

Recommended Application :

• Economical Waterproofing : Oasis Paint with cement in ratio of 1:1.5 by volume and apply in 2 coals. Protective screed is a must.
• As repair mortar : Oasis Paint at 10-15% by weight of cement in 1:3 cement-fine sand mix for use as repair mortar along with 20% water by weight of cement to the workable consistency.
• As sacreed concrete : Oasis Paint 10-15% by weight of cement to a screed concrete of proportion 1:1.5:1.5 (cement sand:6mm aggregates) along with 20% water by weight of cement. Mix the content to a uniform consistency.
• As bond coat in repair : Oasis Paint with cement in 1:1 ratio by volume & apply on a pre-wetted substrate. Overlay repair mortar when the bond coat is tacky.
